The endurance-check for football players
With the aid of the 20m shuttle run test you measure and check the endurance of your players. Ideal during the preparation period, but also as comparative check-up during the season.
Test chain:
The players shuttle between two lines of 20 meters distance. The starting speed is 8km/h increasing every minute. When the acoustic signal resounds from the cassette the participant must have reached the line. In case he/she fails twice in succession the test is finished.
The number of passed speed levels is measured. Hence it is possible to read the endurance ability off the list.
In addition to the delivered equipment a cassette -player and a stop-watch are required.German Language - Cassette with booklet!
