Test chain:
- The players shuttle between two lines of 20 meters distance. The starting speed is 8km/h increasing every minute. When the acoustic signal resounds from the CD the participant must have reached the line. In case he/she fails twice in succession the test is finished.
- The number of passed speed levels is measured. Hence it is possible to read the endurance ability off the list.
- In addition to the delivered equipment a CD-player and a stop-watch are required.
