With your order you automatically accept our conditions of sale, terms of delivery and payment! Changes have need of our written certification.

Prices:
The prices, imprinted in our catalogues, on our website and in the delivery cards, include the german added-value tax and are lawful down with the printing-date of the respective catalog or website. If you have an valid value added tax identification number or if you order from a country outside the European Union the VAT will be deducted.
The performed sliding prices ("bfp - sliding prices") are only valid in one delivery and apiece, each size or colour (mistakes reserved!)!

Delivery:
The minimun order value is 25,- Euro!
We choose the best art of dispatch and packaging. Normally we ship by DHL, GLS Parcel Service or forwarder (if necessary).
Your orders will be prepared as fast as possible. You will be informed by articles that are sold out.
Forwarding costs:
After your order we will send you an proforma invoice include freight and packing costs.
We will calculate the freight and packing costs especially for you order.

It is impossible to exchange and redelivery books, didactic-boards, DVDs, Software and sport-medical hygiene articles!

The supplied product is our property as long as you have not completely paid! Venue for both is D-26789 Leer (Germany). The proportion among themeselves of the printed title-photos complies not with the original size of the respective article. The catalog is arranged by our own. Duplication and reprint (also in extracts) is forbidden. Mistakes and changes reserved!
